《桃花運 Romantic Luck》

這個作品是在高一「電影課」中，與同學們一起完成的。
This project was created together with my classmates during our first-year high school film class.

故事是導演親身經歷的兒時趣事，荒謬卻帶點無奈。導演當時四、五年級，他那總是跟在身旁的死黨很喜歡班上的班花，想向她告白。死黨在經過了兩個月的追求後，還是以失敗告終，因為班花喜歡的人卻是當時的導演，並當著死黨的面與導演告白、導演也接受了班花的告白。
The story is based on a real childhood experience of the director—absurd, yet tinged with a sense of helplessness.
At the time, the director was in fourth or fifth grade. His inseparable best friend had a crush on the class beauty and wanted to confess his feelings to her.
After two months of effort, his confession ended in failure—because it turned out she liked the director instead.
Right in front of his best friend, she confessed her feelings to the director… and he accepted.

雖然班花向導演告白，但死黨仍不放棄，導演與班花約會時都跑去搗亂。而兩人對於愛情還很陌生，只在愛情小說中看過用親吻與牽手表達愛意，卻又不敢在其他同學面前大方表達。終於，他們找到一處可以讓他們親吻彼此的地方：一張鋪著不透光桌巾的小桌下。將注意力集中在眼前美好的兩人卻沒發現，彼此除了頭之外，身體都露在桌巾外，這一幕被同學們與剛好經過的死黨看的一清二楚……
Although the class beauty had already confessed to the director, his best friend didn’t give up.
He would often show up to interrupt their dates, trying to get in the way.
At the time, the couple was still unfamiliar with the concept of love—they had only read about kissing and hand-holding in romance novels, and felt too shy to show affection in front of their classmates.

Eventually, they found a place where they could kiss in secret: under a small table covered with an opaque tablecloth.
Completely focused on their special moment, the two didn’t realize that—aside from their heads—the rest of their bodies were sticking out from under the tablecloth.
Their classmates, along with the best friend who happened to walk by, saw the entire scene… clear as day.

這是我首次嘗試「影像配樂」，以基本的弦樂＋鋼琴編制，完成整部影片的配樂。所有的編曲，皆是基於影像所發生的事，用音樂強化角色情緒或氛圍，達到輔佐影像，使觀賞感受全面提升。
This was my first attempt at film scoring. Using a simple arrangement of strings and piano, I composed the full soundtrack for the entire short film.
Every part of the score was crafted based on what was happening on screen, with the aim of enhancing character emotions and atmosphere through music.
The goal was to support the visual storytelling and elevate the overall viewing experience.
