《熱情追尋者 Passionate Chaser》

這部三分鐘短片,我負責:音樂、概念、採訪、攝影、剪接。
For this three-minute short film, I was responsible for the music, concept, interviews, cinematography, and editing.

創作核心是:每個人都是截然不同的,擁有相異的個性與專長。熱情教育者能因材施教,以全然的信任、陪伴與引導,讓學生們建立自信,找出前進的動力,並肯定自己的存在意義。回到學習初衷,我們不都是為了自己的熱情所努力的人嗎?
The core message of this piece is that every individual is inherently different, each with their own unique personality and strengths.
A passionate educator recognizes these differences and responds with trust, presence, and thoughtful guidance—empowering students to build confidence, discover their inner drive, and affirm their sense of purpose.
When we return to the heart of learning, aren’t we all simply striving for the things we truly love?

創作發想:
每學期末學校都會有學生成果展,由師生一同策劃,展出自己一整個學期的成果與各種藝術創作。每次的成果展前夕,大家總是如火如荼地佈置、創作與排演,老師更需要忙遍全校、幫助學生與協助佈展團隊。每次展覽前的這些時刻都非常珍貴,這也讓我好奇身為實驗教育者,到底是抱持著什麼熱情,堅持自己的理念。希望將這些感動我的夢想與堅持,傳達給更多人。
Creative Inspiration:
At the end of each semester, our school holds a student showcase—an event co-curated by teachers and students to present the achievements and artistic creations of the entire term.
In the days leading up to the exhibition, the atmosphere is always vibrant and intense: students are immersed in setup, creation, and rehearsal, while teachers tirelessly support everyone, running across campus to assist with both student work and exhibition logistics.

These moments before each showcase have always felt incredibly precious to me. They also sparked a question in my mind: what kind of passion drives educators in alternative education to remain so dedicated to their ideals?
Through this piece, I hope to share the dreams and convictions that have deeply moved me—and pass that inspiration on to others.


我主動向學校提出拍攝採訪短片的想法,希望可以聽聽教育者如何讓自己的熱情延續,並且影響學生,讓我們暸解「熱情才是學習的動力」。
I took the initiative to propose creating an interview-based short film at school, hoping to hear firsthand how educators sustain their passion—and how that passion, in turn, inspires their students.
Through these conversations, I wanted to explore and better understand the idea that passion is the true driving force behind learning.

台灣真的很自由也很幸福,實驗教育目前正在崛起,不同的實驗教育團體有不同的教育理念與方式,但每位教育者與學生都是抱持著對教育與學習的熱情在前進
Taiwan is truly a free and fortunate place. Experimental education is on the rise here, with various groups embracing diverse philosophies and approaches to teaching and learning.
Yet no matter how different their methods may be, every educator and student shares one common thread: a deep passion for education and the learning journey itself.

我很高興能將實驗教育者對於「教育」的看法傳達並延續,願更多家庭、學校能更重視我們學生對學習的核心需求。
I’m grateful for the opportunity to share and carry forward the voices of experimental educators and their perspectives on education.
I sincerely hope that more families and schools will begin to place greater value on the core needs that students have in their learning journeys.
